Sheikh Hamad Khalifa Hamad Alkhalifa is a member of the Royal Family of the Kingdom of Bahrain and the son of Sheikh Khalifa Hamad Abdulla Alkhalifa. Born in Muharraq, Kingdom of Bahrain. He pursued higher studies and completed his undergraduate degree in Business Administration at George Washington University in the US in 1999, followed by a Master’s degree in Financial Economics from the University of Boston in 2001.

Sheikh Hamad has established a diverse career in the private sector, with interests spanning real estate development and management, logistics, and industrial maintenance. Sheikh Hamad oversees a substantial portfolio across Bahrain and Dubai, comprising more than 400 residential apartments. His real estate activities include leadership roles within Bahrain Excellence Property & Leasing Company WLL and HKVK Properties Company Limited, both focused on the development and management of high‑quality residential and commercial assets.

His logistics activities include the development and management of multiple bonded warehouses in Bahrain, including facilities at Bahrain International Airport and the Bahrain Logistics Zone, undertaken through GLS Development Company WLL. He is also active in the industrial maintenance sector through Excellence Industrial Maintenance Company WLL, operating businesses involved in steel and pipe fabrication for ship repairs and wider industrial maintenance across Bahrain.

Sheikh Hamad’s activities reflect a long‑term commitment to developing high‑quality assets and operational capabilities across the Gulf region, underpinned by strong regional insight and a solid international academic foundation.
