Gulmira Suleimen

Gulmira Suleimen started her career in 1996 with Deloitte with subsequent various finance management roles in PetroKazakhstan Inc. and other publicly listed oil and gas companies. She joined the Group’s growth projects Aktogay and Bozshakol in 2015 as part of the operations readiness group to set up financial systems and processes. She then served as finance director for Aktogay and Bozshakol and subsequently from 2024 led finance functions across Kazakhstan and Kyrgyzstan. In early 2026, Gulmira was appointed as Group Chief Financial Officer.
