Coordinate plans and maintenance tasks with the Concentrator Operations Manager, E & I Superintendent, Asset Reliability Superintendent and Planning Superintendent.

Identify, implement and promote systems and standards for the most efficient operation and technical suitability of equipment.
Promote the implementation of a maintenance practice that emphasizes production efficiency and expand the maintenance capabilities to improve equipment reliability, minimizing repair and maintenance costs.
Study the tasks of maintenance of the increased risk and assist in carrying out analysis and training to minimize risks and possible breakdowns.
Together with the team, draft and implement the department's regulations, tasks and procedures.
Ensure the observance / over-fulfillment of high standards for safety, HSE and environmental protection, and promote a culture of awareness and commitment to safe work practices. Fulfill other tasks of the direct manager within the limits of his responsibility.
Select, train and develop candidates for substitute posts for the purpose of selecting candidates with exceptional talents for advancement and succession planning.
Develop and manage the technical competency matrix for the mechanical trades on behalf of the department
Provide guidance to the department on professional development of mechanical trades
Higher technical education with a corresponding specialization in maintenance or asset reliability or equivalent.
5 years of experience in relevant management positions in concentrators or similar heavy industry, including experience in the maintenance of large crushing machines and mills.
Knowledge of programs and systems of mineral processing equipment
Extensive knowledge of maintenance processes and practices.
Substantial experience in the maintenance of mechanical equipment and systems of ore mining and processing mills.
Skills for the development of procedures for conducting preventive maintenance using techniques, monitoring, analysis of data and incidents.
Financially sophisticated, including the ability to interpret and analyze financial and production reports.
Strong computer skills in working with Microsoft Office software.
Experience with computer-based enterprise management systems, such as Eclipse, Oracle, or SAP.
Knowledge of legislative and normative acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan, methodological and other materials related to the production and maintenance of the plant.
Knowledge of the principles of the Labor Code of the Republic of Kazakhstan, labor regulations, regulations and rules for HSE and fire safety.
Driving license (category B).
Skills in prioritizing work with constant compliance with HSE regulation and using best practices.
Ability to conduct presentations and discussions on planning and reliability priorities, ability to maintain self-restraint in stressful situations and make independent decisions.
