Develop training packages based on RACI’s for all EAM activities linked to shutdowns and work management activities. These packages must be subject to management of change and reflect current practices.
Provide EAM training to sites as required supporting the effective service delivery of the maintenance planning function.

Manage master data administrator and ensure timely entry of all data requests.

Develop and implement a work management process including prioritization of the work coming into the Asset Management Group.
Determine specific strategies aligned with the overall goals of the organization. Then design and implement an organizational structure that supports those strategies.
Training and liaison with Production personnel to support best practice asset management inclusive of plant change management processes.
Maintain Asset Hierarchy as per naming convention established in Oracle 12.2.7.
Implement other tasks given by Line manager within own competence.
At least 5 years in a large mining organization, with strategic planning
Strong communication skills with strong English literacy.
Strong analytical skills, able to understand industry trends.
Ability to lead presentations and discussions around maintenance priorities and to maintain composure under stressful situations and make independent decisions.
Experience in managing planning and asset reliability sections.
Practical knowledge in setting up and managing a computerized maintenance system (CMMS), as well as an electronic cost control system in line with the best practices.
Proven experience in managing inventories of spare parts, maintenance supplies and equipment and ensures reorders of spares are effective.
Practical knowledge in strategic and annual planning, budgeting and applications for capital investments
