Understand the business objectives of KAL/KBL EAM and develop a Business Information Systems strategy to meet them in a cost efficient manner.
Undertake studies into the feasibility, cost, risks, implications and performance benefits of new technology solutions where there is a business need.
Prepare systems implementation proposals for approval, which will include the business requirements, the proposed EAM solution, the resources required, indicative timeline, options considered and risks involved.
Develop detailed implementation and maintenance plans for EAM.
Ensure that all EAM departments have appropriate controls, documentation and training in place.
Acts as a single point of contact for all KAL/KBL EAM issues.
Support and coordinate implementation and development of Oracle e-Business Suite EAM module.
Provide systems and processes advice to other parts of the KAZ Minerals Group on EAM matters.
Report program progress and health to respective Project Sponsors and Owners, and participating in steering meetings as required.
Assist in maintaining a successful relationship with Group Finance, IT, and SCM in relation to Group Policies.
Implement other tasks given by Line Manager within own competence.
REQUIREMENTS
Higher (or postgraduate) education with relevant specialization.
Not less than 5 years’ experience in EAM/SCM/ERP.
Solid knowledge of maintenance and reliability processes, ERP implementation aspects.
Previous experience working as EAM ERP consultant/expert at least in 2 projects.
Solid knowledge of SCM and Financial processes.
Knowledge of RoK legislative and other normative acts, related to maintenance and reliability work.
Knowledge of the basics of RoK Labor Code, HSE rules and regulations, fire safety requirements.
Strong computer skills (MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Project, etc.).
Strong analytical skills, able to understand industry trends
High attention to details and ability to multitask.
Highly developed communication, supervisory, coaching and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with people at all levels of the organization.
Ability to lead presentations and discussions around maintenance priorities and to maintain composure under stressful situations and make independent decisions.
